One invite-only weekend in Vilnius, 30–50 of the best builders we can find, a real drop in every pair of hands. Your job: make that weekend happen and bring back 5 drivers we'd hire tomorrow.

01 the problem
We need drivers. CVs don't show them.
We have concepts ready to ship and not enough people who can ship them. Four weeks of searching brought almost nothing. A CV shows what someone says about themselves. The only real test is giving them something to ship.
02 the product
One package. One weekend.
A drop is a one-page brief like this one: a real product we want to test, the one result to bring back, and a deadline. Builders accept it, ship it, and come back with the story. Every builder gets a real one, never a toy task.
Drop 007 is the sample. The rest are ours to make.
03 your mission
50 seats. 5 keepers.
Find the 30–50 sharpest builders in Vilnius and invite them one by one. No public posts: the feeling that you were picked is the whole hook. Package the drops, run the weekend, and come out with 5 names.

05 traps
Three traps. Dodge them.
- Empty seats. Invite about twice the room, confirm twice: a week before and the morning of.
- Toy drops. Toy tasks attract toy builders. Every drop is a concept we'd actually fund.
- Going cold. The best builders get other offers fast. Picks on Monday, a call to each of the 5 the same day.

07 monday
Sunday they show. Monday we pick.
Sunday 18:00, every builder gets 5 minutes: what they did, what came back, what's next. Show it, don't report it. Monday morning the crew decides, one name at a time, and every builder hears back.
- One crew thread. Everything about the weekend lives there. A question costs a minute. A surprise on Friday costs the weekend.
